Refund & Cancellation Policy
- Account opening Charges- Opening of trading and demat account is not chargeable from client. Hence, clients are not charged for cancellation of account opening process.
- Transfer from non-registered bank account- The amount paid towards trading from a non-registered account of client is refundable within 3 working days upon request subject to availability of necessary documents supporting the transfer.
- Cheque bouncing charges- We charge Rs 100 + GST 18% against a dishonored cheque.
- Failure in Online Gateway transactions- Processed as per bank policies of refund for any failed transaction.
